Measure ethical performance + financial performance
Now clients can measure their ethical performance alongside their financial performance
It's all very well to say 'we're ethical' but what does that look like in practice? That's why we've decided to get the yardstick out and measure. And we will continue to report and compare year-on-year, so investors know where they stand.
The scorecards measure a range of non-financial data, such as the ethical differences between our investments and more conventional alternatives, the weighted average carbon intensity of each fund, the commitment of individual listed companies towards helping achieve the Paris Agreement, and which United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are relevant to each fund. We also measure how well each fund is doing towards ‘avoiding harm’ through our robust exclusions and how many of the listed companies within each fund have a human rights policy.
